Drew Austin is a writer and urban planner whose work explores the relationship between technology, culture, and physical space. Constantin Sklavenitis is the Senior Vice President, General Manager of MAC Cosmetics – North America within The Estée Lauder Companies. He assumed the role in February 2019. Prior to joining the company, Constantin worked for L’Oréal where he led an accomplished 22-year career creating business models and growing sales for multiple brands around the world, most recently with Urban Decay. Prior to that role Jerome was VP at IBM Watson, where he led the creation and development of the IBM Watson Platform.
